Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician with at least 1 year of experience in IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up workstations, computers, and Cisco phones, providing essential technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure workstations, computers, and Cisco phones.
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with network connectivity problems.
  • Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency in setting up and configuring workstations, computers, and Cisco phones.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
