CSP is partnering with a leading full-service real estate project management company. No matter the scope, be it strategy and feasibility work, master planning, development, construction management, relocation management, or other specialized requirements, our diverse team of experts bring the right technical knowledge and experience to each client relationship.

For 30 years, we have assisted numerous corporations, non-profit organizations, developers, and government agencies with projects encompassing millions of square feet. We're currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support our team with several new dynamic projects.

This is a full-time, in-house position at our headquarters in the Canton neighborhood, with frequent off-site customer meetings, site visits, etc.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining open, daily communication with all team members
  • Assisting with the oversight and administration of project schedules and budgets
  • Prepare initial project schedule and create project budgets
  • Foster teamwork among all involved parties
  • Interact with internal controls to issue and present regular project cost updates, including monthly cashflow projections and worksheets
  • Invoice and requisition review for owners and vendors
  • Identify problems and propose creative solutions in a timely manner
  • Ensure that quality assurance/quality control procedures are followed
  • Attend progress meetings and issue project notes
  • Oversee project closeout activities
  • Supporting with the procurement of project vendors including the creation RFPs, vendor scope analysis, etc.
  • Contributing to sales and marketing efforts to prospective clients

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient using MS Office, Excel specifically
