Job Description:

The Solutions Analyst is a critical role in our organization, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This role involves analyzing the current state business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing how to bring that future state to life via solution design, data mapping/analysis, technical schematics and functional definition. During project development phases the Solutions Analyst will act as the subject matter expert to help the development team build solutions as efficiently and accurately as possible. The Solutions Analyst is a leader within a project and someone who our clients look to as a voice of authority when designing solutions that will help them achieve their goals and bring value to their organizations.

Who will you work with?

As a Solutions Analyst, you will be a vital member of a growing client services team, reporting to Aionic's Delivery leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients - both business and IT stakeholders - to help solve and guide clients through complex multidimensional problems in a range of different industries and technologies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements needed to bring solutions to life
  2. Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated via both operational processes and/or rules based system design
  3. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT department. The successful Solutions Analyst should be comfortable leading meetings, working sessions and solution design workshops
  4. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for designed solutions, including data models, process flows, functional design, BPMN 2.0, and user guides
  5. Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users of the implemented solutions
  6. Valuation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing systems and recommend innovative solutions for potential improvements
  7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to implement the designed solutions
  8. Limited travel may be required based upon the specific client needs, and may vary project to project


Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience at a technology services or software company required
  3. Technical Experience: Track record of successful client service projects in mobile application design, ecommerce, customer experience, content management, loyalty, infrastructure replacement or website implementation
  4. Technical Skills: Strong technical background with an ability to understand and design complex systems
  5. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite level stakeholders
  7. Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills
  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology landscapes
  9. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
