Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Must possess excellent customer service and phone skills as the position requires the ability to resolve Sales Support Rep related issues for external and internal escalations.
Will be responsible for resolving the issues and/or providing necessary guidance in addressing and resolving the issue to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must ensure professionalism among coworkers and customers, applying consistent disciplinary actions that align with Company's policies and procedures.
Strong attention to detail including data entry and analytics.
Qualifications
At least 2 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
