Job Description:

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Must possess excellent customer service and phone skills as the position requires the ability to resolve Sales Support Rep related issues for external and internal escalations.
  • Will be responsible for resolving the issues and/or providing necessary guidance in addressing and resolving the issue to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must ensure professionalism among coworkers and customers, applying consistent disciplinary actions that align with Company's policies and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail including data entry and analytics.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
