An international American Lawyer Global 100 law firm headquartered in Washington, DC seeks a Patent Agent to join their Patent Prosecution and Counseling group in either their DC or NYC office.
Desired Experience:
Three or more years of experience in patent prosecution (including drafting patent applications and responding to office actions with the USPTO);
Ph.D. in immunology or other biochemical discipline (an M.S. with appropriate industry experience may be considered); and
Mastery in biochemistry, including proficiency with antibody technology, cell therapies, vaccines and other biologics-based therapeutics.
Candidates with prior patent examiner experience with the USPTO are also highly preferred.
