Job Description:
$35.00 - $50.00 (est. hourly)Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Seattle, Washington.
Duties:
- Execute on features of medium to high complexity within the functional area
- Partner with a more senior engineer to deliver complex or foundational features
- Track record of consistent, successful delivery over time, meeting sprint commitments
- Write code that others can understand, support, maintain, and expand
- Identify root causes and collaborate across system boundaries
- Understand of industry trends and technical developments
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of primary technology and platform in a functional area
- Proven experience with at least one applicable technology certification
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, database management, shell scripting, and basic Linux/Solaris commands
- Knowledge of IT development technologies
- Solid understanding of data models and functional platform architecture
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology and ADM Training
