Overview

The Web Project Manager is a role that will help drive our digital marketing projects from concept to completion while managing, developing, and optimizing our online presence for our primary website, guardianrfid.com. This position bridges strategic marketing and technical expertise, making it perfect for someone who can balance creativity and execution with technical skills.

The right candidate is a smart, hardworking self-starter who brings unique knowledge, highly values team building and has a customer-centric value set. This person needs to bridge the gap between marketing and web development, help maintain and drive in-bound marketing to our company web page.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing project management and web development.

Requirements

  • Oversee project management for company web page: guardianrfid.com.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEO tools) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Node.js) and database management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development & Maintenance: Manage and maintain the company website, and optimize the company website for performance, SEO, and usability using [CMS or coding languages/tools relevant to your company].
  • Content Updates: Implement updates to site content, layouts, and designs as directed by the marketing team, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Technical SEO: Perform technical SEO tasks (e.g., meta tags, schema markup, page speed improvements) to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Test and debug web applications across browsers, devices, and platforms, ensuring functionality and a seamless user experience.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date on web development trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing changes to improve site performance and user engagement.
