We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Compensation + Benefits. In this role, the right person will have at least 5 years experience in comp + benefits with at least 2-3 years leading teams. Strengths should be in analysis of data, communication, collaboration, problem solving. solution drive, presentation, being able to effectively communicate at all levels and lead + develop teams.
The Senior Manager will be leading the development + integration of both compensation + benefits programs, partner across the organization to consult needs of the business, as well as lead the benefits annual renewal process, including changes, proposals and costs. This role will also oversee LOA partnerships, develop strategies/systems/tools/process for the benefits programs. These are just some of the areas of this focus in this newly created role within the organization.
