We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to two Managing Directors and senior leadership for an outstanding Private Equity firm. Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to two Managing Directors, as well as 1-2 additional senior team members.
Oversee complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for key executives.
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with key connections, potential LPs, investors, and other stakeholders.
Handle high-level communication, ensuring timely and effective responses in a high-intensity private equity environment.
Manage special projects, including event planning, travel reservations, and personal requests as needed.
Utilize technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Anticipate executives' needs, arrange reservations, organize gifts, and handle special projects as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
Demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
Ideal Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years in a high-level Executive Assistant role.
A strong understanding of private equity, finance, or legal environments is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to discern appropriate tone and style. Over-communication is preferred over under-communication.
Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to follow up with clients or stakeholders as needed.
Forward-thinking and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and anticipate the needs of the executives.
Works independently and knows when to take initiative, willingness to go above and beyond is critical in this role.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp the intensity and velocity of the private equity world are essential.
