The Manufacturing Systems Analyst will assist in tactically driving applications to evolve and enhance Click Bond's business decision making capabilities. This role will support the identification, research, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues as it relates to database management, data conveyance mechanisms, and graphical representation. This role will support and work closely with manufacturing management, manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, QA management, QA engineering, and IT departments. This position will ensure the manufacturing continuous process improvement functions are implemented and maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for examining and diagnosing trends and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. This involves conducting data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall operations.
Develop and create dashboards and reporting tools to support team members.
Participate in the development of new methods utilizing data to improve manufacturing processes and outcomes.
Propose process enhancements through data analysis.
Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing measures, and metrics and apply Lean principles where applicable.
Conduct training on various manufacturing-related tasks.
Learn Click Bond manufacturing processes to better understand data outputs.
Will comply with and meets or exceeds requirements of Click Bond's Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS), AS9100, ISO14001, and 27001.
Tasked with the collection of stakeholder requirements, the orchestration of meetings, and the advancement of collaborative efforts in line with the industry's recognized project management best practices.
Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.
Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience building dashboards, using measures, and metrics.
Skillful at reading, writing and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Demonstrated ability to present business solutions to executive teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to utilize reports, accounting database applications, and MRP/ERP software.
Solid understanding of data structures, relational database, and MRP/ERP systems.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing techniques.
Ability to collect business requirements and develop effective reports and dashboards.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
3+ years' experience in a related field.
EPICOR experience is a plus but not required.
