LHH is proactively recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist in New Brunswick, NJ. This position is a Direct Hire(perm). The anticipated pay range is between $20-$21/hr. depending on experience. Responsibilities:
Utilizes phone, email, and chat messenger
Handling customer questions and concerns
Handle product issues
Updating information into the system
Work with shipping and production departments
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma
1-2 years in customer service background
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites and Zendesk
Has attention to detail
Good communications both written and verbal
