What You'll Do:
As our Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of our practice, supporting our patients and team in delivering exceptional care. You will help coordinate the administrative side of the practice while ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Schedule Management: Effectively manage appointment scheduling for patients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Call Management: Handle incoming calls with expert scripts, guiding patients through their questions and directing them to appropriate services.
- Billing and Insurance Coordination: Assist with billing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient interactions and claims management.
- Patient Experience: Provide warm, compassionate support to patients from the moment they walk through the door or call in, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Case Management Assistance: Support our practitioners with administrative tasks related to patient care, making sure the entire process flows seamlessly.
