My client is looking for a Senior Information Technology (IT) Auditor. This is a hybrid role and will need to report to the Warrendale PA office.
The IT Auditor will participate in audit activities of the firm's technology environment.
Responsibilities include testing IT general controls, reviewing audit findings, making recommendations, and performing corrective actions with the internal audit team and client teams. The IT Auditor will also provide technical assistance and data expertise, as well as participate in and document any special reviews requested. The IT Auditor will research and remain current in trends and topics in information processing, IT security, and IT audit.
The IT Auditor has the opportunity to work a flexible schedule in a hybrid environment, working from home and in the office in Warrendale, PA. Some overtime may be required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of experience in auditing IT systems.
Knowledge of IT auditing principles and techniques, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of networking, operating systems, system development, client/ server architecture, PCs, and databases.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, CIS, COSO, and/ or NIST frameworks; proficiency within the frameworks is desired.
Knowledge of current developments pertaining to IT auditing and the audit profession.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems.
CISA or Security Certification.
Working knowledge of IT processes, including SDLC, Change Management, Product Lifecycle, Incident Management, real-time security monitoring, and Agile.
Experience working in the financial services industry.
