What you need:
A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an ABET accredited university in Engineering
Current registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico is required
Proof of United States Citizenship
Ability to obtain a government security clearance
The skills/experience we want to see:
Developing scheduling requirements to establish project priorities and milestones
Monitoring projects to ensure appropriate standards are maintained consistent with command guidelines
Directing multi-discipline design team responsible for studies or design of projects from concept development through completion
Analyzing program requirements to determine needed resources (e.g., supplies, manpower, funding)
Ability to solve basic engineering problems by performing engineering calculations, analyzing data, or using engineering judgments on engineering-related tasks
Experience compiling written reports to provide status, updates, or business information
Experience collecting technical data of contractor work specifications to support professional engineering analysis
Ability to confirm and scope work requirements and validate work completed
Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team environment and across functional boundaries
