This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As the Head of Global Marketing Hematology, you will be responsible for:
Attracting, developing, and leading a team of individual contributors in the development and execution of the business strategy
Developing and driving your strategic plan from aligning the organization to tactical execution, prioritization & deployment of time/people/money, and leading the way to delivery of results
Delivering on commitments - deadlines, financial and operational targets, market share, profitable growth in served markets against key competitors with specialized and/or selective offerings (Sysmex, Beckman-Coulter, Mindray, etc.)
Leading and delivering flawless launches in concert with the technical teams and the Commercial organization
Supporting regional or local marketing programs and sales incentives schemes.
Identifying and driving cross-franchise synergies for workflow solutions.
Achieving zone-specific BA targets and implementation of countermeasures in line with LD Zone Business Lead.
Hosting franchise calls for countries on market situation, competitive intelligence, project updates, supply chain and overall performance.
Allocating and prioritizing across HQ functions as chair of cross functional franchise board.
This position may suit you best if you are familiar with:
Bringing analytical rigor and expertise to support commercial teams in constructing winning sales strategies.
Driving the development, monitoring and updating of clear pricing policies, corridors, and rules
Reflecting customer and market needs in new product development and product health prioritization and investment
Attracting, developing, and retaining key talent
Required skills for success:
8+ years' experience in and understanding of the IVD business
Deep knowledge of and experience in the Hematology Market
Proven Leader with experience working successfully in a matrixed organization
MBA or Advanced Degree (PhD, MD) preferred
The pay range for this position is $167,100 - $227,870 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (20%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
