Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Work closely with system users to identify Warehouse Management business requirements, document functional needs, and communicate these to IT solution teams for further discussion.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for SAP MM/EWM; conduct training sessions for key users and local management, ensuring thorough understanding and proper use of the system.
Other Project Support: Actively support system testing, change management, and other crucial activities in IT projects, contributing to successful implementation and adoption.
Partnership Development: Foster strong collaborative relationships with business units and IT team members to optimize the efficiency of SAP MM/EWM systems.
