Who We're Looking For

We are seeking Technical Support Technicians to join our team in Franklin, Wisconsin, providing IT support in a contact center environment. Candidates must be local and able to report onsite during training and on designated hybrid workdays. This role requires strong computer troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple interactions daily while meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other applications.
  • Support users via phone and chat, utilizing remote access tools.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues, addressing an average of 25 interactions daily for over 20,000 supported staff.
  • Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including attendance, first-contact resolution, quality, and customer service.
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation for all interactions.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Associate degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).

Skills and Experience:
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute recommended.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer, mobile device hardware, and software support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail for ticket documentation and quality assurance.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Additional Details

Training: 7 weeks onsite in Franklin, WI, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.

Availability restrictions must be disclosed before the interview.

Contract Length: 18 months (01/14/2025 to 07/15/2026).

Pay Rate: $16-$19/hour.
