Digital Communication Journey Optimization Specialist (Global)

Are you passionate about crafting impactful customer journeys through data-driven decisions?

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our global digital communication journey optimization efforts. You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a data-driven approach to craft targeted messaging that resonates with our customers, driving results across the entire customer lifecycle - from membership conversion to re-enrollment.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing optimized digital communication journeys across various channels (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder) to reach the right customer at the right time with the right message.
  • Championing a rigorous test, learn, and implement methodology to continuously improve communication effectiveness and manage costs.
  • Owning all aspects of digital communication journey planning, including customer contact permissions and preferences.
  • Leading digital communication testing and optimization across all channels, leveraging data to refine audience targeting, messaging, execution, reporting, and insights.
  • Partnering with the Director of Digital Communications to stay abreast of marketing partner strategies and technology options.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Sales) to create, implement, and measure impactful digital communication campaigns.
  • Working with the Director and team to proactively identify and implement strategic improvements for the Digital Communications function, driving automation and process improvement initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
  • A proven track record of success in creating, managing, and optimizing data-driven email campaigns with a focus on results-oriented messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience using Salesforce Einstein splits and send time optimization.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and backend data extraction.
