TTA's client is a Biomanufacturing company that is working with a local partner to put together a Manufacturing Certification Program to address skill development across their workforce. This training will span multiple phases including:
- Training New Hires
- Certifying Technicians
- Certifying Supervisors
TTA is seeking experienced training familiar with biomanufacturing equipment and technology to deliver classroom style training, lab training, and training on the production floor. You will be responsible for:
Providing instructions to employees in three separate levels from New, Intermediate, and Advanced
Conducting assessments
Ensuring training aligns with GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry standards
Training content will be provided for you and you will go through a training process lasting roughly 3 weeks onsite. This program will be piloted for 4-6 weeks in Q1 2025 to be followed by 12-18 months of onsite training. Shifts will last 12 hours onsite at their facility in College Station, TX. Trainers should be local to College Station and possess some of the following attributes:
Biomanufacturing expertise
Familiar with Bioreactors
Familiar with chromatography and upstream/downstream processes
Professional development skills including team building and conflict resolution
To be considered, candidate MUST have the following:

Up to date resume
Ability to work a full time 1099 contract and work 12 hour shifts either day time or overnight
This is a full time, long term, 1099 contract.
