Preferred Qualifications: • 2-3 years of store management experience in spa, fitness, or hospitality • 2-3 years of B2C or retail sales experience • 2-3 years of B2C or retail customer service experience • Proficiency with booking software • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude toward challenges • Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from data
Responsibilities/Typical Day:
Above all, our managers serve as leaders, trainers, and mentors, ensuring our estheticians consistently
deliver exceptional service. As the face of our brand, they adeptly handle client interactions, proficiently
promoting products, memberships, and packages. Alongside these frontline duties, they oversee store
Their keen eye for detail ensures the store is primed for success daily, meticulously inspecting
cleanliness, setup, and merchandising. Additionally, as advocates for continuous improvement, managers
partake in Facialworks Esthetician training and may engage directly with clients as needed.
How do we evaluate our Managers?
We scrutinize several key performance indicators: • Store sales and performance • Client feedback through our review system • Customer service and retention rates • Product and membership/package sales • Staff turnover • Demonstrated positive attitude
