Job Description:

1.Calendar and Schedule Management
  • Coordinate personal and professional schedules: Manage appointments, family or business events, and personal & business travel plans
  • Provide reminders and updates: Ensure key dates and commitments are communicated to keep everyone on track both personal and business.

2. Travel and Itinerary Planning
  • Plan and book travel arrangements: Coordinate with travel agents to secure flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries: Include relevant documents, contacts, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Home oversight during trips: Manage home while the family is away .

3. Household and Vendor Coordination
  • Manage vendors and contractors: Assist with decorators, contractors, maintenance, and landscaping services.
  • Oversee household staff as needed: Coordinate with housekeepers, trainers etc.

4. Personal Errands and Shopping
  • Run errands: Handle personal shopping, picking up items, and handling dry cleaning or other essential tasks as requested.
  • Assist with antiques and furniture storage: Manage the sale, auction, or donation of items from the family's seven storage units.

5. Event Planning and Coordination
  • Plan family and personal events: Organize celebrations, dinners, or gatherings, from venue selection to guest management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and staff for events: Oversee logistics, timelines, and on-the-day management.

6. Pet Care Assistance
  • Assist with dog care: Help with walking the family's Bernadoodle and any other necessary tasks related to pet care.

7. Administrative Support
  • Document and data management: Organize essential documents, contracts, and files securely.- mainly Acker business
  • Insurance coverage management

8. Project and Task Management
  • . Assist Ceo with projects and coordination
  • Assist with special projects: Business as well as support family initiatives, charitable events and personal business ventures.
  • Organize and monitor tasks: Keep track of ongoing tasks and project deadlines to ensure smooth progress.

9. Liaison and Communication
  • Point of contact and communication: Act as the bridge between the family and external parties, including lawyers, accountants, and advisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive family and business information discreetly.
  • 10. Crisis and Problem-Solving Support
  • Emergency response and problem-solving: Arrange last-minute travel, manage urgent issues, or handle crises as they arise.
  • Adaptability in handling unexpected issues: Resolve conflicts or troubleshoot problems efficiently.
