Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management for a team of 8-10 consultants.
Facilitate effective communication with clients and address their needs.
Organize and coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics like venue and catering.
Assist in client projects by preparing proposals, presentation, and managing invoicing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems and support project success.
Undertake special projects with tight deadlines.
Provide front desk coverage, including phone answering, visitor greeting, and mail management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in office software and MS Office suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized, professional, and dependable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
