We're looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team!
The Customer Service Support Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of the Default Management Team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Update bank information in our accounting system of record
Generate and prepare customer letters as requested by the Default Management team
Research with payment application as needed
Prepare and generate files for submission to third-party collection agencies
Gather, analyze, and compile data for various projects and reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Submit requests to third-party vendor portal for site visits as requested by the Default Management team
Special projects or other duties, as assigned
Skills & Specifications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role preferred
