About the Role
The Office Administrator will primarily be focused on digitalizing and filing physical files. This is a temporary role that may become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Scan physical documents and convert them into digital formats using office equipment and software tools.
Maintain an organized electronic filing system with clear labeling and categorization for easy retrieval.
Accurately input document metadata, file names, and descriptions into document management systems or databases.
Review scanned files to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness; re-scan or edit as necessary.
Manage the secure storage or disposal of physical documents after digitalization in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
Adhere to confidentiality and data protection regulations when handling sensitive or classified documents.
Resolve minor hardware and software issues related to scanning and file management tools, escalating complex problems as needed.
Work closely with team members to identify and prioritize documents for digitalization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
