Responsibilities of the Finance Administrative Assistant:
Create and maintain client accounts
Provide administrative support to managers and executives at the firm
Manage workflow and provide project management support
Assist in maintaining and updating client information in the CRM
Take charge of distributing mail, ensuring that every correspondence finds its way to its intended recipient promptly and efficiently.
Partner with the team to send thoughtful client gifts for referrals and during festive holidays.
Assist with end of the year reporting and client review books
Requirements of the Finance Administrative Assistant:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of operations experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
