Job Description:

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position will start immediately and has the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting an executive in the luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality industry.

Job Duties Include:
  • Manage calendar for VP and executive team as needed
  • Manage planning travel including flights, hotels, rentals, etc.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office spaces
  • Review and approve expense reports for executive team
  • Prepare and submit facilities requests
  • Manage set-up for meetings and events both in-store and off-site
  • Prepare team and space for executive visitors as needed
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Qualifications Include:
  • Previous experience supporting an executive in the luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to have discretion when handling confidential matters

Salary: $28 - $37/hr + overtime
