A client in Kent, WA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure the team is delivering on excellent customer service.
Handle a high volume of phone calls, exceeding 20+ daily, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Respond promptly to email correspondence, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
You'll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.
You'll be helping to continue to provide daily freight solutions for our global customers.
Will be monitoring process of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Collaborate with team members to improve service procedures and customer satisfaction.
Engage in difficult conversations, providing solutions and support to meet customer needs and uphold company standards.
Will be walking around the warehouse to make sure the deliveries are off on time and check the loading docks. (Will not be doing any lifting but need to be comfortable being on feet)
