Pay Range: $85 - $92/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
The CIB Voice & eCom Record Keeping (VERK) Program Office is focused on delivering structured governance, control framework and coordinate the delivery of changes as a part of BAU and continuous improvement.
Drive and implement a robust control framework by leading on one or more projects.
Create and maintain Voice and eCom control standards, including metrics, KPIs and reporting.
Work with business and functional partners to ensure consistency of control deliveries.
Support the global alignment and deployment of the VERK control framework.
The person filling this position will need to be able to partner and work across multiple cross-functional areas, including Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, Controls, centralized Records Management Program and the Data Management office.
