Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their HR team to lead and manage the execution of key HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR projects, meeting goals, deadlines, and budgets, and ensuring the on-time delivery of successful project outcomes. As a key leader in HR initiatives, you will work closely with internal HR team members and cross-functional stakeholders, driving collaboration and project execution with a focus on efficiency, quality, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of HR projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including project planning, coordination, and execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates to stakeholders.
Conduct regular project status meetings, track progress, and address roadblocks in real-time to ensure project milestones are met.
Identify potential risks or obstacles and escalate to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure the continued success of projects.
Collaborate closely with HR team members and leaders from other departments to ensure project deliverables are met on schedule.
Tailor project approach based on project scale, team skillsets, and available resources, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet project goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of HR projects and make recommendations for improvements based on insights gathered.
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment that promotes continuous improvement and the successful execution of HR initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in HR-related projects.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
