We are seeking a Clinical/Revenue Support Expert to lead and support key healthcare IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of clinical operations and revenue cycle processes. This individual will leverage their expertise in EPIC systems, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to implement solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Day 1-30: Gain a deep understanding of existing workflows, processes, and system setups at LVHN. Engage in meaningful conversations with leadership to identify project expectations and contribute suggestions based on prior experience.
Day 30-60: Build relationships with stakeholders and gain insight into LVHN's infrastructure. Begin leading medium-sized projects independently.
Projects and Focus Areas:
Oversee the migration to a new closed-loop referral system (PA-Navigate), incorporating "Find Help."
Lead implementation efforts for a new HTCC coding vendor to enhance provider diagnostic coding accuracy.
Manage the integration of claims data into EPIC systems to develop dynamic dashboards.
Drive operational and clinical alignment within the population health space.
Support merger initiatives with Jefferson, including transitioning to unified screening tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project implementation, from initial planning to execution.
Collaborate with clinical operations leaders to map out projects and define technical requirements.
Support vendor evaluation, system integration, and optimization efforts.
Ensure alignment between operational and clinical needs in project deliverables.
Act as a subject matter expert in EPIC Healthy Planet and related applications, supporting both technical and user needs.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
EPIC certifications in Healthy Planet, plus at least one additional certification (e.g., Ambulatory or another clinical application).
Proven project management experience, including leading installations and end-to-end implementations.
Ability to drive new projects forward, develop technical requirements, and collaborate with clinical operations leaders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Clinical background or advanced technical expertise (e.g., integration, reporting).
Experience working at EPIC or with EPIC-related integration and reporting projects.
