We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Strategist / Salesforce Sales Cloud Process Improvement to join our team on a 6-month contract in Wayne, NJ.
This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement solutions that optimize business processes and enhance the overall efficiency of our Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
restructuring sales processes
Collaborate with business units to develop action plans to address process anomalies
Facilitate cross-departmental workgroup sessions to support systems implementations or institutional business changes
Review and verify single system workflows to support systems implementations or institutional business changes
Assist in change management communications drafting to support business needs
Provide business support for reviewing operational efficiencies, developing standard operating procedures and workflow mapping of current state
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize business processes.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and Salesforce configurations.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce.com Consultant or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform and its capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
