Pinnacle Advertising is looking for a Manager, Performance (Data) Analytics to join our team to enhance our agency's media analytics tech stack including Data Visualization, ETL and Data Warehousing.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage data collection and ETL processes to aggregate media data from a wide variety of sources - Media partners, DSPs, Web Analytics sources, etc. • Maintain and enhance existing Data warehouse - optimizing queries, tables and data model to meet business needs. • Create and present compelling dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, translating complex data into actionable insights. • Ad Hoc analysis of large data sets to solve business challenges • Support stakeholders with data infrastructure needs, troubleshooting data-related technical issues. • Implement and maintain data security protocols and best practices to protect sensitive information and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Tools & Platform Experience: • Dashboard & Visualization: Looker Studio preferred or deep experience managing and building dashboards with Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI or Microstrategy.
• Data Warehousing & ETL: Big Query & Supermetrics Preferred - or other similar experience with Snowflake, Terradata, or Redshift
• Digital Media Platforms: Google Ads, Programmatic, Meta (Facebook), etc., DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amobee, Amazon), DCM
• Tag Management: Google Tag Manager
Education and Experience: • 5+ years of experience in data analysis within marketing and advertising, with agency experience . • 5+ years of hands-on experience building, optimizing data visualization, warehousing and ETL tools. • Strong Proficiency in SQL, Python & R a plusnd web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, with a keen eye to detail.
Our office environment is a key driver of our agency culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model is (T-TH in office and M and F remote) is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, actual salary may vary based on Pinnacle's compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location.
