We are seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to support key financial planning and analysis activities within our rapidly growing organization. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting who is eager to make an early impact. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, particularly using tools like NetSuite and Oracle PBCS. Candidates transitioning out of Investment Banking looking for a high visibility position with a PE backed company or candidates coming from a high growth company in an FP&A capacity would likely find this job most rewarding. This company has over 160 brands and offers exposure to M&A.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and management of the annual operating plan, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes.
Assist in creating and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis to spot trends, risks, and potential opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
Provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives.
Assist in due diligence efforts for acquisitions.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.

3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance-related roles.
An MBA or CPA is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with financial ERPs or systems (experience with NetSuite or Oracle PBCS is a plus).
