Purpose: The Production Coordinator will support the Eddie Bauer Wholesale/Value global apparel production process. They will collaborate and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure the production cycle meets delivery deadlines. Core Responsibilities:
Manages the work in progress (WIP) deliverables and calendar on a weekly basis.
Communicate daily with vendors and overseas office to track development and production statuses.
Proactively identifies and follows up with key stakeholders to address any risks to the WIP timelines and deliverables to ensure deliverables are on time and meet the quality standards.
Assist in maintaining Production agenda for Weekly Meetings.
Communicate with factories regarding sample approvals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval of all fabrics, lab dips, washes, strike-offs, packaging, fit samples, and pre-production/top-of-production samples.
Review all samples from the factories prior to sending them to customer for approval.
Follow up on lab tests for fabrics, garments, and final goods inspections.
Coordinate the distribution of sample packages to relevant teams
Support Manager with reporting
Assist the team in tracking the status, receiving, and checking-in development samples.
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience Required:
BA or BFA in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred; or at least 3+ years of product and apparel production experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in apparel production (including garment production process and lifecycle)
Basic understanding of garment construction
Proficient in Microsoft office, primarily Excel & Outlook
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong attention to detail and good judgement.
Must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines and solving problems as they arise
Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and diverse, multicultural work environment
Limited Travel may be required, based on business needs.
Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Ability to position self to reach at or below shoulder level
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
