Pay: $80k-95k/yr

Responsibilities
Prioritizes human safety in all aspects of operations and material handling, fostering a culture where safety is a core value ingrained in every employee's mindset and actions.
Collaborates with the QA Manager to establish processes, develop capabilities, and promote a mindset that ensures a work environment free from food safety risks.
Partners with the QA Manager to implement and refine processes that guarantee ingredient production meets or exceeds strict customer requirements, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Promotes the development of processes, capabilities, and a culture that drives strong performance, results, and continuous improvement across all employees.
Monitors and reports daily performance metrics, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and plant housekeeping.
Evaluates outcomes against expectations, investigates issues, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions for underperforming processes.
Cultivates a productive work environment where expectations and roles are clearly defined, conflicts are addressed and resolved, accountability is upheld, and effective communication and active listening are standard practices
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Minimum of 6 years of related manufacturing experience (food processing, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology)
4-6 years of previous leadership experience within GMP manufacturing
Previous experience implementing successful strategies for manufacturing workflows
