Requirements:
- Communication and Responsibility: The role requires a superintendent who can work independently with minimal oversight and navigate existing communication and trust challenges.
-Remote Location: The ideal candidate is okay traveling and living in remote locations M-F.
- Self-Sufficiency: The ideal candidate should be highly self-sufficient and able to manage the project comprehensively without heavy oversight.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in managing comprehensive projects independently
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and workflow management
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time
