Senior Project Superintendent - Data Center Construction (Traveling)
A dynamic company is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale data center construction projects. This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination, while fostering strong client and team relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead field operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Develop and maintain project schedules, including two-week lookahead plans.
Collaborate with Project Managers on staff, budget, and schedule management.
Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout processes.
Identify opportunities to improve cost, schedule, and quality outcomes.
Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, including submittals and daily logs.
Uphold contract terms and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of field and project management experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software; experience with Procore, JDE, and Asta preferred.
Prior experience in data center construction is required.
