Our east coast client in the consumer goods space is seeking a Senior Databricks Data Engineer, W2 Only, remote contract. Candidates must be able to work EST hours.
This is a 3-6 month contract to start, extensions and possible conversion to full time possible.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2
Job Requirements:
Looking for candidates with 10 years of Data Engineering experience.
Strong recent experience with Databricks, Databricks Certifications strongly preferred.
Must have 2-3 years experience building Data/ETL Pipelines with Databricks in an Azure environment.
Must have hands on experience working in a Medallion architecture.
Real-Time Streaming experience is a key to this role.
Expertise with Python and Pyspark.
Experience working a Data Lake environment is a must.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
