Ability to craft and communicate a clear, compelling vision that aligns with organizational goals and resonates with stakeholders, following Kotter's emphasis on establishing urgency and creating a guiding coalition.
Skilled in identifying and understanding the needs, concerns, and motivations of various stakeholder groups. This includes applying Rogers's diffusion of innovation principles, focusing on engaging early adopters and influencers to build momentum for change
Proficient in using a structured framework, such as PROSCI's ADKAR model, to guide individuals and teams through each phase of change, from awareness to reinforcement, ensuring sustainable adoption and minimizing resistance
Exceptional communication skills to relay change initiatives effectively across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Emphasizes clear, consistent messaging as advocated by Kotter and Rogers
Uses metrics and feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed. Familiar with Kotter's principle of generating short-term wins to showcase progress and build further support.
Demonstrates flexibility to respond to unexpected challenges and setbacks, and uses lessons learned to refine future change efforts. This aligns with the iterative appr.oach seen in PROSCI's emphasis on reinforcing change.
