Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at A-Best Abatement. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project scopes, estimating costs, and providing accurate bids for asbestos, mold & lead abatement projects. The individual in this role will work closely with clients, project managers, and field staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
Qualifications
Experience in estimating costs for asbestos, mold & lead abatement projects
Knowledge of regulations and requirements related to environmental abatement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Certification or training in asbestos and lead abatement is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
