Who We Need:
We're seeking a Patient Engagement and Experience Leader to be the #1 advocate for Creekside Dental. You will inspire our team of 25 and help us grow by building relationships with local dental practices, leading patient engagement programs, and driving internal team motivation. A degree is not required, but maturity, proven leadership experience of 3+ years, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. This role is on-site in Tri-Cities, WA. Remote work or relocation assistance is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
New Patient Attraction: Develop and implement creative strategies to bring in new patients, both internally and externally.
Team Motivation: Lead our team by planning engaging huddles and team-building events to foster internal referrals and boost morale.
Referral Program Management: Design and oversee programs that incentivize patient referrals, while training the team on effective execution.
Specialist Promotion: Accompany our prosthodontist to dental practices in the area, building connections and generating new patient referrals.
Community Engagement: Organize community events and collaborate with local businesses to expand our outreach and strengthen our reputation.
Patient Experience Enhancement: Make patients feel valued through loyalty programs, contests, giveaways, and thoughtful gestures.
What We Offer:
Annual Salary: Starting at $50,000 (base pay + incentives) = Uncapped earning potential in this position.
