Top Am Law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Corporate/M&A practice. Candidates that are self-starters with great client management skills, superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and previous large law firm experience are preferred. Top of market payer so compensation will fall in the $310k-$390k base + bonus (depending on class year).
Ideally, four to six years of experience, including significant experience working on all aspects of M&A transactions (e.g., private and public company buy- and sell-side transactions, document drafting, due diligence, etc.).
