We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and domestic staff of a primary residence for a dynamic family based in Buffalo, NY. Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class client service to ensure the family's needs are flawlessly met.
Schedule and supervise all general maintenance, repairs, and property improvements.
Manage and oversee household staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors for seamless service.
Keep household supplies stocked, replenished, and organized.
Oversee the care and maintenance of family vehicles.
Develop and implement systems for receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries.
Perform errands and daily tasks as required.
Be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays with advance notice.
Establish and maintain household inventory systems.
Maintain accurate digital records for staff, household systems, and vendors.
Handle additional tasks and requests as needed.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in house management.
