Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly vendor invoices.
Review, code, and input invoices into the ERP system.
Verify vendor account details for accuracy.
Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies alongside the team.
Take on additional responsibilities as your performance and capacity grow.
What Will Make You Shine:
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Data entry experience (preferred but not required).
Interest in gaining hands-on experience in accounting (preferred but not required).
