- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be able to multi task
- Computer proficient - experience working with multiple monitors
- Proficient with Microsoft outlook, excel and suite
- Strong verbal and written communication (will be answering phone calls and responding to emails)
- Needs to be comfortable standing/walking for 20% of the day
