What you'll be doing.

As a Client Success Specialist at cieTrade you'll work directly with our customers to help them achieve maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning, and decision making.
  • Respond to daily inquiries from clients using our platform.
  • Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
  • Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
  • Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
  • Offering guidance to integrate and adapt our solution to meet requirements.
  • Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.

What we're looking for.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, customer service, project management or a related field, preferable at a technology company.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles or any experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
