What You Will Do
The Odoo Project Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of Odoo, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Define project scope, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with clients.
Team Management: Coordinate internal team members and external contractors, ensuring effective resource allocation and communication.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Training and Support: Provide training to clients on Odoo functionalities and ensure they are equipped to use the system effectively.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.

What You Will Bring
4+ years in project management, with at least 2 years specifically in Odoo ERP implementations.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP and familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Odoo certification is a plus.
Motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
