Position: TA Admin (bi-lingual)
Type: Full-Time-Contract

Provides talent acquisition and human resources administrative support located in Port Arthur, Texas. Independently performs varied assigned tasks requiring the most advanced knowledge of office routine, organizational structure, programs and procedures related to the work of the office and project site. Analyzes and resolves problems. Plans, organizes and develops methods to meet business needs. Regularly works with extremely confidential data. Performs additional assignments and projects as requested by management.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
Coordinates pre-employment activities for craft personnel and assist with onboarding for large industrial projects
Prepare reports and documentation to be sent to corporate office for processing
Will assist as needed on craft separation notices and processing terminations
Provide guidance to craft candidates on the hiring process for Lutech Resources and answer employee inquiries
Facilitates hiring process for Lutech craft personnel and conducts orientation
Regularly communicates progress to the hiring managers, recruiters and/or applicable HR departments daily
Screens and hire candidates in ORC ATS and HRIS (such as verifying rehires and cross checking systems such as ERS, Taleo, HCM)
Administer and ensure regulatory hiring compliance (I-9/ E-Verify, Self-ID, Tax Withholdings etc.)
Maintain electronic filing of documentation, check emails, voicemail and respond timely
Process various confidential forms and records related to applicant, employment, enrollment, pay change, personal employee information or other data.
Gather information and may prepare documents or reports as directed by management
Maintains and distributes as appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedures documents and other communications.
Interfaces and coordinates with other support groups (e.g. Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
Audits candidate files to ensure required records are completed and entered into the appropriate electronic system
Will be required to work a split schedule between the Resource Center facility and the Site Base. Projected schedule of Monday and Wednesday at the Resource Center with Tuesday and Thursday at the project site and Friday being a flex day (resource center/job site).
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience working with craft personnel in the industry
Project coordination and administration experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
Desired/ Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work well with a team and support other admins as required
Knowledge of business procedures, letter and report formats
Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors
Able to work in a high-stress, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
