Hiring for Procurement Administrator - Austin, TX Onsite

JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator who will manage and optimize our SAP Ariba procurement system. This role will have a deep understanding of procurement processes and hands-on experience with Ariba solutions to support our company's procurement activities while

maintaining compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Procurement Administration: Configure Ariba procurement modules to align with business requirements and ensure accurate setup of

procurement processes.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and promote best practices in procurement processes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into procurement performance and system usage.
• Training and Support: Provide user training on Ariba functionalities and procurement best practices. Action level 1 support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Create process documentation as required.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

EXPERIENCE , SKILLS & MINDSET:

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Ariba procurement system administration, configuration and support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba Procurement, Guided Buying, Catalog management and Business Network functions. Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 ERP and SAP MDG is preferred but not required.
• Foundational knowledge of Procurement and Supplier Management processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience working in Technology or Manufacturing industry.
• Ariba Procurement Certification is preferred but not required.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology.
