Position: HVAC Project Manager
Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Salary: 90k - 130k (depending on experience)

Their facility has state-of-the-art equipment and provides ongoing education for all of their employees on safety training, innovations in product installation and service, and the latest HVAC codes.
Responsibilities:
Estimate and quote HVAC projects
Conduct take-offs for equipment, materials, and fixtures
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure material availability
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project team
Take a proactive, hands-on approach to project management
Ensure all job site safety standards and regulations are strictly followed
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management
Valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Professional and courteous demeanor with a customer-first approach
